  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add stale bread, red wine vinegar and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Season
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 3
  7. Then add garlic clove and blanched almonds to the kCook bowl
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted and continue - 2 min, speed 8
  9. Then add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl
  10. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  11. Filter with sieve
  12. Serve
  13. Garnish with seeded grapes and extra virgin olive oil
