5 Minute Pea Guacamole by Clodagh McKenna

This recipe is super quick and easy to make. It is a great alternative to avocado guacamole and tastes just as amazing!
Ingredients
- 1lb / 400g Frozen green peas, lightly steamed and cooled
- 2 cloves Garlic, sliced
- 1/2 cup / 25g Fresh coriander / Cilantro or Flat leaf / Italian parsley
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon or 2 limes
- 1 tbsp Fresh mint
- 1/2 tbsp Ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
