THE KENWOOD FOOD PROCESSOR HELLOFRESH PROMOTION (THE "PROMOTION")

UK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.       Promoter: The Promotion is conducted by Kenwood Limited, 1 Kenwood Business Park, New Lane, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 2NH, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

2.       Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid while stocks last from [00:00] on 18th July 2022 to [23:59] on 30th November 2022 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

3.       Purchasing Qualifying Products: The Promotion is available for all purchases of the Qualifying Products (defined in point 5 below) made by you during the Promotion Period:

(a)      via the Kenwood UK website located at https://www.kenwoodworld.com/en-gb ("UK Kenwood Website").

4.       Eligibility: All customers of the Kenwood Website who are resident in UK Mainland (The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey (Excluding Herm) and Northern Ireland. (For details see https://www.hellofresh.co.uk/about/delivery-areas),  and aged eighteen (18) years of age and over ("you", "your(s)") are eligible to participate in the Promotion and, by participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us).

5.       Qualifying Products: The following Kenwood Food Processors and Hand Blender products purchased during the Promotion Period are qualifying products for the Promotion:

The model number is located on the packaging of the Qualifying Product or on the underside of the Qualifying Product.

6.       Obtain a copy of the Terms and Conditions: You can obtain a copy of these Terms and Conditions on the UK Kenwood Website or by writing to Kenwood Gifts, Creative Idea Ltd., 8 Magna Road, South Wigston, Leicester LE18 4ZH to receive a hardcopy in the post. All changes will be posted in revised Terms and Conditions on the UK Kenwood Website and will be available in hardcopy by post by calling 0116 2552299.

7.       Promotion Offer: Promotion is valid for current and new customers. Must be 18 or over. Discount only redeemable on up to 2 person x 5 recipes or 3 person x 3 recipe box sizes (maximum 10 meals per order). Once redeemed you will be signed up to a flexible rolling weekly subscription. Cancellation deadline 23:59 five days before your delivery is due. Order deadline 23:59 five days before your delivery is due. 1 voucher per customer and per household. Excludes gift or trial boxes and is not redeemable on boxes with fewer than 3 recipes. 8.           HelloFresh Recipe Box Promotion: When you purchase the Qualifying Products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, you will be eligible to claim Free HelloFresh box for 1 week (2 people x 5 meals or 3 people x 3 meals) and 25% off the next 3 Recipe Boxes. Any Free HelloFresh Recipe Box in this Promotion cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or for any alternative products.
 

9.       How to claim your Free HelloFresh Recipe Box

(a)      To claim your Free HelloFresh Recipe Box you must visit the https://kenwood-rewards.com/giftredemption?promo=hellofresh22 at any time during the Promotion Period in which you purchased your Qualifying Product and up to thirty (30) days after ("Redemption Period") and complete the following steps:

(i)      complete the online redemption form available at https://kenwood-rewards.com/giftredemption?promo=hellofresh22 , providing your full name, postal address, email address and phone number and details of the Qualifying Product purchased by you, including purchase date, the Retailer and the model number;

(ii)      upload a scanned copy or photo of your sales receipt as proof of purchase of a Qualifying Product. Your sales receipt must show the Qualifying Product information identified in point (i) above and the name of the Retailer or Kenwood (to show where you purchased the Qualifying Product) and;

(iii)     submit your completed form and your receipt.

 ("Online Redemption").

(b)      If you do not have access to the Internet, you can claim your Free HelloFresh Recipe Box by post during the Redemption Period. Please call 0116 255 2299 for a hardcopy redemption form, a copy of the full terms and conditions and a prepaid return envelope. This is a local number and not a premium rate number. You will need to:

 (i)      complete the redemption form, providing your full name, postal address, an email address and phone number and details of the Qualifying Product purchased by you, including purchase date and the model number;

(ii)      enclose a photocopy of your receipt as proof of purchase of a Qualifying Product. Your sales receipt must show the Qualifying Product information identified in point (i) above and the name of the Retailer or Kenwood (to show where you purchased the Qualifying Product); and

(iii)     send your completed form and copy of your receipt in the prepaid return envelope by post to: Kenwood Gifts, Creative Idea Ltd., 8 Magna Road, South Wigston, Leicester LE18 4ZH ("Postal Redemption").

(iv)     Claims are posted at claimants’ risk and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

(c)      Online Redemption and Postal Redemption are together referred to as "Redemption(s)".

(d)      Your Free HelloFresh Recipe Box must be redeemed in a single Redemption.

(e)      Once your Redemption has been validated, you will be sent a voucher code via email to enable you to select your choice of Free HelloFresh Recipe Boxes. To complete this you will need to go to the HelloFresh website at www.hellofresh.co.uk/plans select your choice of box, enter your voucher code, delivery details and submit. The code is valid for one week only. If you are an existing HelloFresh customer or have any queries please call 0116 255 2299.

(f)       If you do not complete your Redemption within the Redemption Period you forfeit your Free HelloFresh Recipe Box

(g)      We reserve the right to reject any Redemption which we believe is incomplete, incorrect, invalid, forged or illegible. Therefore, please complete your Redemption carefully and accurately.

(h)      Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you will be sent your Free HelloFresh Recipe Box directly from HelloFresh within (28) days of the date of your submission to HelloFresh. Due to the box containing fresh food this may be via two deliveries over a two week period.

10.     Queries: If your free HelloFresh Recipe Box has not been delivered within the above timeframe, you can contact us on the query page of https://kenwood-rewards.com/contactus or by telephone on 0116 255 2299.  This is a local number and not a premium rate number.

11.     Privacy:
 

(a)          As part of this Promotion, we and our third party partners will be entitled to use your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and allowing your participation in the Promotion. Your personal information will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available at https://www.kenwoodworld.com/en-int/terms-conditions/privacy-policy

(b)          We and our selected third party partners may use any personal details you provide to
 us to contact you from time to time (including by e-mail) about promotions, products and services we think might interest you.  However, we will only do this where your marketing preferences indicate you wish to be contacted for this reason.
