For 1kg loaf 
235ml water 
180ml natural plain yoghurt 
60g ground almonds   
1tsp salt   
50g  caster sugar 
540g unbleached white bread flour 
1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast   
50g peacan nuts, coarsely chopped
25g dried cranberries chopped

For 750g loaf 
170ml water 
140ml  natural plain yoghurt  
50g ground almonds 
1tsp salt 
40g caster sugar   
425g unbleached white bread flour
1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast 
40g peacan nuts, coarsely chopped 
25g dried cranberries chopped

For 500g loaf size 
140ml water
115ml natural plain yoghurt 
40g ground almonds 
1/2tsp salt  
25g caster sugar 
350g unbleached white bread flour 
1tsp easy blend dried yeast 
25g peacan nuts, coarsely chopped 
15g dried cranberries chopped

  1. Add the peacan nuts and cranberries into the pan when the machine makes an audible sound during the second kneading cycle: See menu timetables on page 44-48 (BM260) and page 49-53 (BM366).
