Yoghurt Ice Cream

This simple ice cream is great along side sweet desserts or try on its own with fruit and honey.
Ingredients
- 215g Plain Yogurt
- 100g Granulated Sugar
- 215g Double Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- kCook Multi
- Square pan - 8"
- Kcook bowl
Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add plain yogurt, granulated sugar, double cream and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
- Freeze - approx 1 hr
- Serve
