These truffles will make a special home made gift for your Father or make for an after dinner treat.

Method

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add double cream, dark chocolate, sugar and whiskey to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min 30 sec, 60°C, speed 5
  6. Transfer chocolate mixture to medium bowl
  7. Cover and let cool
  8. Chill in fridge
  9. Add cocoa powder to a clean small bowl
  10. Shape chocolate mixture into balls
  11. Coat balls with powder
  12. Chill in fridge until set
  13. Serve
