Coconut oil 82 ml
Vegan dark chocolate 200 grams
Golden syrup 2 Tbsp.
Dried cranberries 50 grams
Raisins 50 grams
Pistachios 50 grams
Vegan ginger biscuits 50 grams
Prep. (Before you begin)
1- Break up the dark chocolate.
2- Roast and coarsely chop the pistachios.
3- Break up the biscuits.
1- Fit the K beater to the machine.
2- Grease the square tin.
1- Add Ingredients 1 (oil, chocolate, syrup) into the small glass bowl.
2- Heat in the microwave until melted and mix.
1- Add Ingredients 2 (cranberries, raisins, pistachios, biscuits) into the Mixer bowl.
2- Transfer the contents of the small glass bowl into the Mixer bowl.
3- Mix on speed Min for 30 seconds.
4- Transfer the chocolate mixture into the square tin and level.
5- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
6- Cut into squares.
