Method

  1. Put the tomatoes, honey, stock, tabasco and Worcestershire sauce in a pot. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Bring to the boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mascarpone and blend with a hand stick blender or in a blender to a smooth soup.
  4. Add more boiling water if the consistency is too thick.
  5. Return to the pot again and heat until it just comes to the boil and serve.
