Crunchy candied almonds with a hint of cinnamon. During the almond cooking phase, wait for the sugar to crystallize. Cook for longer if necessary. Cleaning tip: Boil water in Cooking Chef bowl to release sugar stuck at the bottom.

Method

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Attach the Stir Tool
  3. Add caster sugar, water and ground cinnamon to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Cook with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 180°C, Stir 1
  6. Then add raw almonds to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Cook with splashguard fitted until dry - 2 min, 180°C, Stir 1
  8. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to baking sheet
  9. Add salt to the baking sheet
  10. Mix until combined
  11. Set aside and let cool
  12. Serve
