Sea Salt Fudge

This soft and rich fudge is sprinkled with sea salt giving it an indulgent taste and texture - the perfect gift for loved ones.




  1. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add unsalted butter, demerara sugar, golden syrup and whipping cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until sugar has dissolved - 6 min, 104°C, Stir 1
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 25 min, 150°C, Stir 4
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 167°C, Stir 4
  8. Then add vanilla extract and sea salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 1
  10. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to square pan
  11. Spread until level
  12. Sprinkle with sea salt
  13. Chill in fridge until set
  14. Cut into squares
  15. Serve
