Steaming corn on the cob is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to cook fresh corn. The steaming process is super quick and the method really brings out the best taste and texture of fresh corn. We have finished our cobs on the griddle for a lightly charred exterior with a smoky flavour. To do this, simply place the cobs onto a BBQ or griddle pan on high heat, turning every few minutes until lightly charred. It’s a simple but fabulous addition to your family meal or BBQ.
