Spanish Salsa Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe vine tomatoes (approx 175g)
- 1/2 red pepper, deseeded
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 spring onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- 75ml water
- A few grinds of black pepper
- Pinch Himalayan salt
- Dash of Tabasco or lemon juice
Method
- Roughly chop the tomatoes, pepper, cucumber and spring onion before putting in the beaker
- Add the garlic, tomato puree and water, then season with the salt and pepper and Tabasco or lemon juice
- Blend until smooth.
