• 1/2 red pepper, deseeded
• 1/4 cucumber
• 1 spring onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tsp tomato puree
• 75ml water
• A few grinds of black pepper
• Pinch Himalayan salt
• Dash of Tabasco or lemon juice
