A simple soft nougat, perfect as a homemade present for a loved one.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add pecan halves and hazelnuts to the baking sheet
  4. Bake - 5 min, 160°C
  5. Set aside and let cool
  6. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  7. Add honey to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  11. Then add caster sugar, ground almonds and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  12. Transfer nuts to kCook bowl
  13. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 5
  14. Line a clean loaf pan with plastic wrap
  15. Transfer content of kCook bowl to loaf pan
  16. Press firmly in cake tin
  17. Let rest overnight
  18. Turn out
  19. Cut into squares
  20. Serve
