Semifreddo has a light creamy texture which doesn't completely freeze but melts in the mouth. Top with pistachios and amaretti crumbs to make it irresistible.

  1. Line a clean loaf pan generously with plastic wrap
  2. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add egg yolk, egg and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Whisk with filler cap removed - 2 min 30 sec, speed 8
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jug then set aside
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  10. Add double cream to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  13. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, speed 8
  14. Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 45 sec, speed 5
  15. Pour egg mixture into kCook bowl while machine is running
  16. Add amaretto, amaretti biscuits, nougat and unsalted pistachios to the kCook bowl
  17. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  18. Pour content of kCook bowl into loaf pan gently
  19. Cover with plastic wrap
  20. Freeze until set - approx 6 hr
  21. Turn out content of loaf pan onto serving plate
  22. Slice carefully
  23. Serve
