These smoked salmon rolls are perfect as party nibbles or canapés.

Method

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add fresh chives, cream cheese, prawns, lemon juice and soy sauce to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  6. Place smoked salmon on a clean cutting board
  7. Transfer filling to fish
  8. Spread until covered
  9. Roll into a log
  10. Cut into pieces
  11. Garnish with fresh chives and lemon
  12. Serve
