FILLING:
- 110g curd cheese or cottage cheese
- 110g ricotta cheese
- 40g caster sugar
BERRY FRUIT TOPPING:
- 300g fresh fruit (cherries [pitted], raspberries, or blueberries)
- 150g icing sugar
GLAZE:
1 egg (beaten)
