One of the simplest and yet most delicious desserts which you can assemble in twenty minutes, the flavour improves the longer you can leave it to sit in the fridge before serving, however you can serve immediately if you cannot wait.

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add double cream, mascarpone cheese, caster sugar, vanilla extract and marsala to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Whisk with filler cap removed - 40 sec, speed 10
  6. Add coffee to a clean medium bowl
  7. Soak sponge fingers in the medium bowl briefly and continue
  8. Transfer half of biscuits to ceramic baking dish
  9. Transfer half of cheese mixture to ceramic baking dish
  10. Sift cocoa powder into the ceramic baking dish
  11. Transfer half of biscuits to ceramic baking dish
  12. Transfer half of cheese mixture to ceramic baking dish
  13. Sift cocoa powder into the ceramic baking dish
  14. Sprinkle with dark chocolate
  15. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  16. Serve
