A traditional starter or main meal from Lisbon. The sauce that coats the clams is prepared with olive oil and some dry white wine to bring even more flavour. Then, lemon juice is drizzled before being served.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  6. Then add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  8. Then add clams and white wine to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C
  10. Serve
  11. Garnish with cilantro
  12. Drizzle with lemon juice
