  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Slice red onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add garlic, olive oil and star anise pod to the kCook bowl
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 140°C, speed 3
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  12. Slice carrot and radish into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  14. Add bean sprouts and ground ginger to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap fitted - 3 min 30 sec, 160°C, speed 4
  16. Then add lemon, white wine and water to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 4
  18. Then add shrimps to the kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, 120°C, speed 4
  20. Serve
  21. Garnish with salt & pepper and cilantro
