These traditional German Christmas sweets are made from homemade marzipan coated in cocoa powder. Serve after dinners or give as gifts.

Method

  1. Fit the K-Beater
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  3. Mix – 1 minute, speed 2
  4. Then add egg yolk
  5. Mix – 2 minutes, speed 1
  6. Dust a work surface with icing sugar
  7. Place the marzipan on the work surface and shape into a ball
  8. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge – 1 hour
  9. Add the ingredient into a small bowl
  10. Take 1-2 Tbsp of the chilled marzipan and shape into balls
  11. Then roll the balls in the cocoa powder until coated
  12. Serve
