Taste the fruits before making the coulis. Depending on how ripe they are, you may need to modify the amount of sugar. This coulis is a wonderful accompaniment to our baked cheesecake recipe.

Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add mango, lemon juice and sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
- Chill in fridge
- Serve
