Lemon Bundt Cake

This delicious lemon cake is great served as it is. Or it can be served with lemon icing drizzled over the top; made by mixing water, lemon juice and icing sugar.
Ingredients
- 250g Unsalted Butter
- 250g All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 225g Caster Sugar
- 3 Lemons
- 4 Eggs

- Cooling rack
- Pastry brush

- Bundt pan - 9 x 3"
- Kcook bowl
Method
- Pre-heat oven - 170°C
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add unsalted butter, all purpose flour, baking powder, caster sugar, lemon and egg to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
- Grease a clean bundt pan
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to bundt pan
- Bake - 30 min, 170°C
- Turn out onto cooling rack
- Let cool on round wire rack
- Serve
