This fun cake will be a hit at parties. For the icing, make sure its not too runny but should be thick enough to pour onto the cake. Let the icing dry a little before slicing.




  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add unsalted butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  7. Then add egg and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  9. Then add baking powder, all purpose flour and milk to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  11. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
  13. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  14. Let cool
  15. Add icing sugar to a clean large glass bowl
  16. Add water to the icing gradually
  17. Mix until thick
  18. Pour icing into square pan
  19. Spread evenly until covered
  20. Decorate with sprinkles
  21. Leave until firm
  22. Cut into squares
  23. Serve
