Ingredients

• 150g Onion
• 100g Carrot
• 150g Potato
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 150g Tomato
• 200g Green Beans
• 500g Vegetable Stock

Tools

• Wooden spoon
• kCook Multi
• Kcook bowl

Method

1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
6. Slice onion, carrot and potato into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
8. Add garlic clove, tomato, green beans and vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
9. Season
10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
11. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 98°C, speed 3
12. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
13. Serve
