These gingerbread cookies taste delicious as they are or you can decorate them with icing.

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add unsalted butter, brown sugar and honey to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 8 min, 80°C, speed 3
  6. Then add all purpose flour, baking powder, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg and egg to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min 30 sec, speed 5
  8. Roll into a ball
  9. Wrap with plastic wrap
  10. Chill in fridge - approx 20 min
  11. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  13. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  14. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  15. Cut out into rounds
  16. Bake - 12 min, 180°C
  17. Let cool onto cooling rack
  18. Serve
