Soft, warm spices and vegan! These Gingerbread Men are the sweet fix you need at Christmas. Delicious served as they are or they can be decorated with icing.




  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add coconut sugar, almond butter, molasses and lemon juice to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  7. Then add ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, baking powder, vanilla extract and almond flour to the dough
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  9. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  11. Roll out until 1/4" thick
  12. Cut out
  13. Bake until light golden - 10 min, 180°C
  14. Let cool onto cooling rack
  15. Serve
