- 115g Brown Sugar
- 100g Dessicated Coconut
- 2 Eggs
- 100ml Milk
- 225g Plain Flour
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder

A delicious sweet treat. Serve with extra coconut sprinkled on top or spread each slice with passion fruit curd.

Method
- Pre-heat oven - 170°C
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add unsalted butter, brown sugar, dessicated coconut, egg, milk, plain flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
- Line a clean loaf pan with parchment paper
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to loaf pan
- Bake - 40 min, 170°C
- Turn out on round wire rack and let cool
- Serve
