Ingredients

• Unsalted butter icon
• 250g Unsalted Butter
• 225g Muscovado Sugar
• 1 Lime
• 1 Orange
• 4 Eggs
• 250g All Purpose Flour
• 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1 pinch Salt

Tools

• Oven
• Cooling rack
• kCook Multi
• Kcook bowl
• Round pan - 20cm (8")

Method

1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
3. Add unsalted butter, muscovado sugar, lime and orange to the kCook bowl
4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 6
7. Then add egg, all purpose flour, baking powder and salt to the kCook bowl
8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
9. Grease and flour a clean round pan
10. Pour content of kCook bowl into round pan
11. Bake - 40 min, 170°C
12. Turn out onto cooling rack
13. Serve
