Chocolate Orange Lava Cake

This is a self saucing pudding that's best served warm with ice cream or whipped cream. For extra flavour, use orange flavoured chocolate instead of milk chocolate.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Grease a clean square pan then set aside
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter, caster sugar, plain flour, salt and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 9
  8. Then add orange, egg, milk and milk chocolate to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  10. Spoon content of kCook bowl into square pan
  11. Spread evenly
  12. Add light brown sugar, cocoa powder and water to a clean jug
  13. Stir with tablespoon until combined
  14. Pour content of jug into square pan slowly
  15. Bake - 25 min, 175°C
  16. Let cool - approx 5 min
  17. Serve immediately
