Ingredients

• 400g Chicken Breast
• 50g Cream Cheese
• 1 Egg
• 1 Garlic Clove
• 40g All Purpose Flour
• 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
• 100g Breadcrumbs
• 500ml Vegetable Oil

Tools

• Paper towels
• kCook Multi
• Kcook bowl
• Frying pan

Method

1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
2. Add chicken breast, cream cheese, egg, garlic clove, all purpose flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
3. Season
4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
6. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
7. Shape with teaspoon
8. Roll in breadcrumbs
9. Chill in fridge - 30 min
10. Add vegetable oil to a clean frying pan
11. Heat frying pan - medium-high heat
12. Fry chicken in frying pan until golden brown
13. Pat dry with paper towels
14. Serve
