Chicken Noodle Soup

A classic soup that is filling and soothing on a cold day, you could add chopped carrots or broccoli for a vegetable boost or add a handful of bean sprouts and a tablespoon of soy sauce for an Asian twist.
Ingredients
- 1kg Vegetable Stock
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 60g Mushrooms
- 2 Green Onions
- 220g Chicken Breast
- 400g Water
- 100g Egg Noodles
- 60g Canned Corn
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley

- Cutting board
Method
- Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
- Cook - 3 minutes, 120ºC, speed Off
- Then add the meat
- Cook - 20 minutes, 110ºC, speed Off
- Remove the meat and place onto a cutting board
- Cut into smaller bite size pieces
- Return the meat to the appliance bowl
- Fit the Stir Tool
- Then add the ingredients
- Cook - 10 minutes, 105ºC, speed Stir 2
- Serve and garnish
