Serve these chapatis with Indian dishes.
Ingredients
180g Water
140g Whole Wheat Flour
140g All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Olive Oil as needed

Large mixing bowl
Lightly floured surface
Pasta roller attachment
Lightly floured surface
Frying pan - large
Method
Add whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, olive oil and water to a clean large mixing bowl
Mix with tablespoon until combined
Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
Knead until smooth - 10 min
Flatten into a circle
Attach the Pasta Roller attachment
Adjust the setting to 0
Sprinkle some flour between the rollers
Start on speed 1
Transfer dough to Pasta Roller attachment
Pass the dough through the rollers
Repeat passing the dough through the rollers, adjusting the setting down each time until you reach setting 4
Remove the attachment from the machine
Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
Cut into rounds
Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
Heat until hot - medium-high heat
Fry each side until lightly browned
Serve
