Serve these chapatis with Indian dishes.




  1. Add whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, olive oil and water to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  3. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  4. Knead until smooth - 10 min
  5. Flatten into a circle
  6. Attach the Pasta Roller attachment
  7. Adjust the setting to 0
  8. Sprinkle some flour between the rollers
  9. Start on speed 1
  10. Transfer dough to Pasta Roller attachment
  11. Pass the dough through the rollers
  12. Repeat passing the dough through the rollers, adjusting the setting down each time until you reach setting 4
  13. Remove the attachment from the machine
  14. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  15. Cut into rounds
  16. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  17. Heat until hot - medium-high heat
  18. Fry each side until lightly browned
  19. Serve
