Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment

Step 2

Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi

Step 3

Fit max blade to kCook bowl

Step 4

Add double cream to the kCook bowl

Step 5

Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi

Step 6

Turn direct prep attachment to position 1

Step 7

Grate celeriac and horseradish into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment

Step 8

Turn direct prep attachment to position 2

Step 9

Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted

Step 10

Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 98°C, speed 4

Step 11

Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12

Step 12

Season to taste
