Celeriac Rémoulade

This is a quick and easy to make French alternative to coleslaw.
Ingredients
- 10 sprigs Fresh Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 300g Celeriac
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 200g Peanut Oil
- 5 Pickles
- 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
Method
- Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add egg yolk, dijon mustard and sea salt to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 9
- Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 9
- Pour peanut oil into the kCook bowl bit by bit while machine is running
- Add fresh parsley, pickles and capers to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Grate celeriac into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl to taste
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 4
- Serve
