This is a quick and easy to make French alternative to coleslaw.

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add egg yolk, dijon mustard and sea salt to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 9
  8. Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 9
  9. Pour peanut oil into the kCook bowl bit by bit while machine is running
  10. Add fresh parsley, pickles and capers to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  13. Grate celeriac into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  15. Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl to taste
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 4
  17. Serve
