Ingredients
For the fish:
- Oil as needed
- 300g Water
- 2 Cod fillets
- 50g Spring onions- trimmed, sliced lengthwise
- 20g Ginger- peeled, finely sliced
- 4 sprigs Fresh coriander- destalked
For the sauce:
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Hot Water
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
