Cacao Cloud Cake

Cacao is the less processed form of cocoa powder so it has a more intense, bitter chocolate flavour. This results in a deeply chocolaty cake. We've served ours with our Vegan Fudge Icing.




  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add unsalted butter, cacao powder, egg, brown sugar and ground almonds to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  7. Line a clean round pan with parchment paper
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to round pan
  9. Bake - 35 min, 180°C
  10. Turn out onto cooling rack
  11. Let cool
  12. Serve
