A healthy salad rich in protein and vitamins thanks to the addition of walnuts and pears. A treat that can add so much to your main courses.




  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  4. Slice white cabbage into a clean large glass bowl with direct prep attachment
  5. Add pear and celery stalk to the salad
  6. Add apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, honey and cumin seeds to a clean medium bowl
  7. Season
  8. Mix
  9. Pour dressing into salad
  10. Toss
  11. Garnish with walnuts
  12. Serve
