Blueberry Coulis

This simple coulis is great served on yoghurt, ice cream or your favourite dessert.
Ingredients
- 100g Blueberries
- 100ml Water
- 1 ½ tablespoons Caster Sugar

- Kcook bowl

Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add blueberries, water and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 98°C, speed 5
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to jug and let cool
- Serve
