  2. Line a clean traybake tin with parchment paper
  3. Attach Creaming beater
  4. Add unsalted butter to the EasyWarm Bowl
  5. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 2, Stir 1
  6. Then add light brown sugar and caster sugar to the EasyWarm Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min 30 sec, Speed 3
  8. Then add egg, vanilla extract, plain flour and baking powder to the EasyWarm Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 2
  10. Then add white chocolate chips to the EasyWarm Bowl
  11. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed Min
  12. Transfer batter to traybake tin
  13. Bake - 40 min, 170°C
  14. Let cool
  15. Slice into squares
  16. Serve
