170g Unsalted Butter
200g Light Brown Sugar
100g Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
250g Plain Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
150g White Chocolate Chips

Parchment paper
Chef Patissier XL
Traybake tin - large
Easywarm bowl
Method
Pre-heat oven - 170°C
Line a clean traybake tin with parchment paper
Attach Creaming beater
Add unsalted butter to the EasyWarm Bowl
Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 2, Stir 1
Then add light brown sugar and caster sugar to the EasyWarm Bowl
Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min 30 sec, Speed 3
Then add egg, vanilla extract, plain flour and baking powder to the EasyWarm Bowl
Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 2
Then add white chocolate chips to the EasyWarm Bowl
Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed Min
Transfer batter to traybake tin
Bake - 40 min, 170°C
Let cool
Slice into squares
Serve
