These basic cupcakes are easy to make and perfect to bake with children. Decorate with our buttercream icing and sprinkles.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add unsalted butter and golden caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  7. Then add egg, all purpose flour, baking powder and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  9. Line a clean cupcake pan
  10. Spoon batter into cupcake pan
  11. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  12. Serve
