Basic Cupcakes

These basic cupcakes are easy to make and perfect to bake with children. Decorate with our buttercream icing and sprinkles.
Ingredients
- 100g Unsalted Butter
- 100g Golden Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 100g All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- kCook Multi
- Kcook bowl
- Cupcake pan - 12 cup
Method
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add unsalted butter and golden caster sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
- Then add egg, all purpose flour, baking powder and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
- Line a clean cupcake pan
- Spoon batter into cupcake pan
- Bake - 15 min, 180°C
- Serve
