Ingredients

• 140g Butter
• 2 Eggs
• 2 Bananas
• 140g Caster Sugar
• 140g All Purpose Flour
• 2 teaspoons Baking Powder

Tools

• Oven
• Parchment paper
• Kenwood Chef
• Kenwood bowl - kenwood chef
• Loaf pan - 8 x 4 x 2.5"

Method

1. Line a clean loaf pan with parchment paper
2. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
3. Attach K Beater
4. Add banana to the Kenwood Bowl
5. Mix - 1 min, Speed 3
6. Then add butter and caster sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
7. Mix - 2 min, Speed 3
8. Then add egg to the Kenwood Bowl
9. Mix - 1 min, Speed 3
10. Then add all purpose flour and baking powder to the Kenwood Bowl
11. Mix - 2 min, Speed 1
12. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to loaf pan
13. Bake until skewer tests clean - 30 min, 180°C
14. Let cool - approx 10 min
15. Turn out on round wire rack
16. Serve
