Apricot and Hazelnut Stuffing

This stuffing is easy to make and is great served with chicken or your Christmas Turkey.
Ingredients
- 100g Unsalted Butter
- 150g Onion
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Sage
- 95g Dried Apricots
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 40g Hazelnuts
- 400g Breadcrumbs

Method
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 80°C, speed 3
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
- Then add hazelnuts, fresh sage, dried apricots and breadcrumbs to the kCook bowl
- Blend with filler cap fitted - approx 2 min, speed 12
