A rich red wine sauce ideal to serve with beef, lamb or duck dishes.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  6. Then add shallot to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  8. Then add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  9. Add fresh thyme, bay leaves and balsamic vinegar to the kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 140°C, speed 3
  11. Then add red wine to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 140°C, speed 3
  13. Then add beef stock to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 3
  15. Season to taste
  16. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  17. Stir with filler cap removed - 40 sec, 62°C, speed 5
  18. Strain with sieve
  19. Serve
