This recipe is great for using up a glut of apples and is a delicious addition to savoury sauces. Reserve the cooked apples from this recipe and use them in our recipe for granola, or to make apple sauce.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add apple and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 40 min, 96°C, speed 2
  6. Strain content of kCook bowl into medium bowl and reserve liquid
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  9. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  10. Return liquid to kCook bowl
  11. Add sugar and lemon to the kCook bowl
  12. Add silver leaf gelatin sheet to the kCook bowl
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr 30 min, 104°C, speed 2
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 110°C, speed 2
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
  17. Cover and let cool
  18. Serve
