  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add breadcrumbs, ground beef, ground pork, egg, garlic clove and fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  5. Season
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  10. Roll into balls
  11. Roll in all purpose flour
  12. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  13. Heat in frying pan
  14. Transfer balls to frying pan
  15. Cook in frying pan until browned
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  18. Add olive oil and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  21. Grate onion and carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  22. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  23. Add tomato purée and white wine to the kCook bowl
  24. Season
  25. Transfer content of frying pan to kCook bowl
  26. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  27. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 98°C, speed 3
  28. Serve
