Beef Meatballs

These meatballs can be enjoyed as they are or in a simple tomato sauce.




  1. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Add soft bread without crust and milk to a clean medium bowl
  5. Soak then set aside
  6. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  7. Add ground beef, fresh parsley, garlic clove and egg to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  10. Grate parmesan cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  12. Season
  13. Strain bread into sieve
  14. Transfer content of sieve to kCook bowl
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 5
  17. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  18. Form into balls
  19. Roll in all purpose flour, egg and breadcrumbs
  20. Fry in frying pan until browned
  21. Transfer balls to baking sheet
  22. Bake - 8 min, 180°C
  23. Serve immediately
