After School Banana Smoothie
The perfect after school treat!
Ingredients
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 200ml plain yoghurt
- 300ml milk
- 100ml orange juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 3-4 ice cubes

- Blender attachment
Method
- Place the banana, yoghurt, milk, orange juice, honey and ice into the blender.
- Blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
