  1. Attach the Whisk
  2. Add egg, salt and all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Whisk with splashguard fitted then scrape bowl - 1 min 30 sec, Speed 3
  5. Add milk and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl while machine is running
  6. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 40 sec, Speed 5
  7. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to jug
  8. Set aside - 30 min
  9. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  10. Pour vegetable oil into a clean muffin pan evenly
  11. Cook - 10 min, 200°C
  12. Remove from oven
  13. Pour content of jug into muffin pan evenly
  14. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 200°C
  15. Serve
