Showcasing how simple it is to make lovely, flavoured butters in a food processor. You can also use the orange skins to make a dressing.

Method

  1. Take 100g of butter from the fridge for an hour to soften. If possible, use unsalted butter.
  2. Add a whole orange to your Kenwood compact blender and blend into a paste, then add your sundried tomatoes and blend until combined; blend in your butter and basil leaves.
  3. Put the flavoured butter onto a square of baking parchment, roll it around to form a sausage shape, and then close the ends to seal.
  4. The butter can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days or up to a month in the freezer.
