A light and refreshing cake filled with fresh cream and rose water infused watermelon, finished with strawberries, pistachios and pomegranate seeds. Use the rose water extremely sparingly as it can be overwhelming- there should just be a hint of rose running through the cake, allowing you to taste the other elements.
Refrigerate the cake before serving and store any remaining cake in the fridge.
